A loan can have. six year commitment period but can be amortised over up to a 25 year period
Can be used for property investment, as long as 50% of turnover comes from a trading activity of which property investment can be eligible.
The new scheme is focused on growth, past impact off COVID is no longer considered.
Interest only options are available.
